If your double glazing has become misty with condensation between the panes of glass, the window sealed unit has failed.
This will be causing more than just an obscured view, as it’s also a sign that there is a fault in the unit allowing the gas between the glass to escape and letting the moisture in.
The seal is not working effectively as double glazing should, allowing heat to escape from your home. If you don’t want to replace the whole window then replacement glass is the answer. It will cut the draughts and make the window look much better, improving your view and your energy bills.
